Projekt – Östersunds IK

Project Description
The project involved full responsibility for the club’s communication and marketing – from visual identity and content production to website and social media. I set up both internal and external websites, managed video editing, advertising, email campaigns, and the ticketing system Tickster. The work also included handling systems such as Sportality, SportAdmin, and DataTalks, as well as follow-ups and customer relations.
Example Match Promotion
At the beginning of the week, I publish information about the upcoming game through posts, stories, and email campaigns – with a consistent design and clear messaging.

Closer to game day, depending on ticket sales, I share content that clearly shows the current status. People attract people, so this is used to increase interest further and drive ticket sales.

On game day, the messaging is direct and focused: the match is happening tonight, with a strong call-to-action guiding people to purchase tickets. The email campaign features a single, strong visual that links directly to the ticket page.

During and after the game, updates are shared via Instagram Stories. After the match, the focus quickly shifts to the next game, leveraging the “winning feeling” to boost interest and drive ticket purchases.

Example Brochure / Catalogue
I developed a partner catalogue for the sales team to support meetings with potential sponsors and partners. The work included research and analysis of relevant studies, copywriting connected to the club’s operations, as well as illustrations and graphic design, resulting in a clear and compelling sales tool.
